**SEA Marketing Assistant/Specialist**

FOREO is looking for a Marketing Assistant/Specialist for our marketing communications activities for the SEA markets Your goal will be **to establish and improve our competitive positioning in SEA to support sales lead generation**. Marketing Assistant/Specialist will be given room to innovate, make solutions, and create strategies that are best for the market. **What You Will Do**:

- Develops and implements omnichannel marketing plans for campaigns and product launches to strengthen awareness, drive consideration and conversion, and ensure loyalty across SEA markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and India.
- Contributes to the development of campaigns, product launches and trade merchandising/ promotions in support of the brand strategy.
- Ensures excellence in execution of planned activities with efficiency and quality to result in increased demand and a higher brand rank position in the SEA region.
- Clearly communicates and collaborates with cross-function teams, internal stakeholders, and retailer partners across markets to gain alignment and support for brand campaigns and initiatives, and to ensure seamless implementation across channels. This includes proactive collaboration with PR, Media, E-Comm (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Sephora), Digital/ Social Media, and Sales teams, as well as with retailer partners.
- Collaborates with the sales, PR, social and digital teams on campaign planning and to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation in the SEA region.
- Proactive collaboration with the HQ Trade Marketing, Product Development,.Com, PR, Digital/ Social and Sales Teams, and B2B / Retailer partners.
- Be the brand guardian and clearly establish FOREO’s positioning across all channels throughout the SEA region, ensuring all online and in-store communication and representation is within the strategy (including but not limited to POS materials, VM, collaterals, online and in-store communication).
- Protect the reputation of the brand and FOREO products by making sure all consumer-facing communication is aligned to our positioning and equity.
- Participate in strategy and roadmap creation for product launch campaigns, sales promotion campaigns, and key retailer event campaigns.
- Consolidates and helps to prepare the post-campaign results and reporting metrics vs. plan for team review. Analyses marketing campaign results to assess productivity/effectivity and recommend learning and key opportunities.
- Prepares a monthly review of competitor activities and beauty market/consumer trends that can support insight generation and define new opportunities for the brand.
- All other marketing-related activities according to Supervisor requests on behalf of job position requirements.
- **️ What You Will Bring to The Table**:

- Working experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and capacity. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong knowledge, and experience in marketing and PR activities.
- Excellent English in writing and speaking, excellent professional and soft skills.
- Great enabler with good project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Plus point if you have experience in the SEA markets.
- Qualifications: minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
