We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Business Performance Lead.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

The Business Performance Lead will be responsible for the project management of all integration requirements of the organization including but not limited to the integration of operations and human resources from new acquisitions and department optimization efforts.

The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Establish project plans and assign/manage teams to execute a project plan to schedule
- Make timely and well-conceived decisions when confronted with challenges and obstacles, which may slow or impede the workflow of a given project plan
- Design and implement alternative plans of action required to keep a project plan and workflow when required
- Communicate project requirements at a detail level two working groups involved in or impacted by the project plan
- Communicate project plan progress and results to senior management
- Effectively build a project team designed to execute the project plan in a timely and effective manner without interrupting BAU work processes
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members within the team
- This is a 2 years contract position

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Project Management or equivalent
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in project management and the design of efficient organizational structure
- AT least 10 years of relevant experience working for a financial intermediary (e.g., insurance company or commercial/retail bank displaying an ability to make recommendations and decisions in the context of a regulatory environment
- Strong managerial experience working with a team of professionals across the varied functional areas of a large organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - Interacts well with different functions and levels
- Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects to successful conclusion in allotted time frames
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
