Administrative Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:
Office administrator assisting in Human Resource and Accounting works.
Manage all invoices/billings including keying in data into Xero Accounting Software, handle petty cash compilations and reporting.
Assist in all related accounting administrative tasks.
HR functions such as manage workmen salary payments, work passes, learning and developing staff/workers training.
Process monthly payroll for workers and upkeep proper documentation. All related HR administrative tasks.
Assist in handling incoming calls and visitors. Maintain Safe Management measures in the office premises.
**Requirements**:
2 years working experience in related field is preferred. New graduates with positive attitudes are welcome.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure at times.
Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Xero accounting software would be an advantage.
