**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Create sales orders, and delivery orders for eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics on timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Support and ensure ERP system transaction discipline and compliance with company procedures.
- Drive and support various other projects, duties, and activities as assigned by the manager.
- Delegate tasks according to order urgency to ensure the fulfillment of tasks in warehouse operations.
- Housekeeping inventory management and daily monitoring of shipment status.
- Manage reverse logistics coordination and arrangement by working with different departments.
- Willing to work 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm, Sat 8 am to 1 pm)

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in supply chain is preferred for fresh graduates.
- Professional certifications in supply chain will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in inventory planning, procurement, logistics, or any other supply chain-related fields.
- Strong detail tracking and documentation skills.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Customer experience focused.
- Perform as a team player with a good working attitude.
- Advanced computer competency including Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot-Table).
- Basic understanding of E-commerce background / platforms
- Priority will be given to immediate starters.
