As part of the Civil Water and Resources team, this role covers a broad range of skills relating to civil infrastructure. In particular, the focus of the Civil Engineer is to undertake design and consulting services within the Civil Engineering discipline in order to enhance the team’s portfolio of skills and expertise. You will also get the opportunity to work on a variety of Energy, Water, Land Development, Rail and Industrial projects
**The Opportunity**
- Provide design across project lifecycle from Master Plan and Feasibility Stages through Concept, Preliminary and Detailed Design and provide support to projects in construction;
- Your technical inputs will include areas such as earthworks, designing roads, drainage, water, sewer, WSUD, utilities, paving and minor civil structures and geotechnical elements amongst others;
- Get involved in small and medium sized projects, as well as being a key member of larger project groups. This will include design, technical documentation, input to cost estimates, tender submissions, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines, monitoring budgets and resourcing and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets in your own area;
- Support the growth of the Energy Water and Resources Infrastructure Capability in Singapore;

**Is this role right for you?**
- Minimum of 5 years (post tertiary education) relevant industry experience in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on designing roads, utilities, and paving elements within a consulting business environment.
- 3 years’ experience delivering development projects including pre-concept design, concept design, detailed design and construction phases for a range of clients including Local Government Authorities and/or Private Developers
- 1 years’ experience on site during construction
- Experience in Highway, Paving and Reinstatement Design and Utility, Drainage and Sewer Works Design
- Experience in Authority Submissions and Approvals and Tender and Construction Drawing Preparation
