Service and Programme Management Specialist

**The key responsibilities include**:

- Lead and ensure that programme operations run smoothly and effectively, keeping in close coordination with multiple stakeholders including participants, faculty, vendors, clients, government agencies as well as multiple internal stakeholders including OAS, Housing, CITS, Finance, such that service excellence is executed. These activities will need to be completed promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Handle unexpected situations that may arise in programme delivery and to have good communications skills and problem solving skills to resolve the situation.
- Prompt follow-up with clients and other stakeholders, so as meet and even exceed client expectations.
- Be able to prioritise roles and tasks when handling multiple programmes, and to be agile in using digital learning tools so as to plan and execute in delivery programmes in hybrid modes.
- Work with senior members of the team in terms of organising, understanding and interpreting data so as to be able to collectively make data-driven decisions.
- Assist in any corporate improvement initiatives that will further enhance the efficiency, and service delivery of NEE, and to contribute ideas in this regard.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ work experience, in an administrative, project management, event management, customer service, or programme management role
- Working knowledge of office software e.g. MS Office, Zoom
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Able to handle the fast-paced work environment
- Possess stakeholder management skills
- Pleasant disposition, and professional in demeanour
