**What You Will Do In Your Role**:
**_ Key Responsibility:_**
- Grow and Optimize our current business - Responsible to build and maintain existing relationship with key customers and looking for ways to transform our sales in an optimal and profitable manner.
- New Markets and Solutions - Develop new markets and solutions in the region by offering KES engineered solutions that leverages on our innovation, technology, and competitive advantage.
**_Key Expectations: _**
- New Markets & Solutions _
- Generate new sales lead around our strategic initiatives to drive growth in new and adjacent markets.
- Provide market intel to build knowledge network and point-of-view sharing with commercial team and capabilities to develop a concerted effort in capturing new opportunities
- Drive tactical plans based on customer focused solutions, which includes due diligence, deal quote, contract negotiation and legal completion.
- Originate new ideas or opportunities in the region that will address customers’ needs and future growth.
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events to help promote KES products/solutions.
- Growing and Optimizing current business _
- Develop and grow a profitable business in Southeast Asia or other countries as designated
- Key account management for strategic customers.
- Maintain customers intimacy and increase share of wallet by expanding on KES products/solutions
- Develop and strengthen relationship across customers organization
- Lead and acquire new capital projects, replacement parts and aftersales services by
- Selling into adjacent markets and new industries
- Aligning activities to Go-to-market transformation and promoting vertical growth Collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Services in including turning opportunities into new orders and timely execution.
