**Business Management Specialist **in
**Business Planning & Execution, COO Office**
**(6 months contract) **team

**Responsibilities**

**Finance**
- Key finance coordinator for Global COO office.
- Manage all cost centres under Global COO Office - responsible on the financial budgets, financial planning, actual expenses tracking, accruals reporting, and recharges execution
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports to GCOO and Team Heads.
- Track and oversee the bank-wide cost centres own by GCOO
- Review and supervise Marketing related budgets of the bank - track and monitor spend are within the assigned budget and recharges are executed timely.
- Work on Power BI to produce dashboards reporting to GCOO and Team Heads

**Strategic**
- Work closely with Global COO on strategic initiatives for Department, Bank-wide and OCBC Group level.
- Deliver high quality management presentations & reporting to support the strategic priorities and drive critical business strategy design.
- Host and prepare senior management meetings

**Change Management**
- Communication planning and strategy work for transformation initiatives
- Liaise with Product Owners on digital transformation change content, preparation of monthly presentation decks for Front office Forums and Business Management teams.

**Risk Management**
- Group audit's key coordinator for Global COO Office
- Handle Enterprise Risk Management tasks assigned to GCOO

**Procurement and Vendor Management**
- Key coordinator for Global COO Office procurement and vendor management
- Manage Global COO Office Procurement workflow process, maintain and own GCOO master approved vendor list and vendor onboarding templates, and ensure all vendors are onboarded accurately

**Proficiency**
- Financials / Accounting, Strategic Planning and Execution, Business Management, Change Management, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management
- Presentation, Excel, Power BI

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and execute with a sense of urgency
- Attention to details and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, and proven ability to use own initiative and judgment to work with internal stakeholders in a positive manner
- Proven ability to operate effectively at all levels in a collaborative manner
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Good organizational skills and relationship skills
