The objective of this role is to lead the recruitment team to identify new business opportunities for Kingsforce. This includes identifying new markets, new partnerships with clients and service providers, and new ways to reach existing markets, in order to market and present Kingsforce’s recruitment and human resource services to generate revenue for the company.
**About the role**:
- Generate leads and reaching out to prospective clients through various means.
- Develop opportunities in target and existing markets.
- Nurturing and maintaining relationships with key clients as well as prospective clients.
- Attending meetings with clients and represent Kingsforce in a professional manner
- Attending industry networking events.
- Providing specialist advice on recruitment and human resource matters to clients.
- Leads the recruitment team in business development activities, and commercial negotiations, ensures successful acquisition of clients, smooth handover to the recruitment team, maintain quality service delivery and meet performance goals.
- Propose process improvements and new strategies to generate and maintain business.
- Report to the Managing Director on business activities and team’s performance.
**About you**:
- An experiences Sales / Business Development professional with at least 5 years of working experience in recruitment industry.
- CEI Certified
- Has demonstrated track records of closing sales deals, as well as network of industry contacts.
- Has demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Articulate, polished and professional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
