Singapore YTL CONCRETE (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimized the plant capacity and utilized trucks fleet efficiently
- Check and ensure that the plant is in good operational condition
- Check, indent, control and record the in-coming material, out-going material and stock levels
- Ensure that the material received is in accordance to the requested product and quantity
- Prepare Daily Production Report
- Assist in coordinating maintenance work of plant and machineries
- Delegates work to subordinates and ensure the works are carried out satisfactory
- Manage and control subordinates’ overtime
- To assist and attend to problems at plant and complaints by customer tactfully
- To ensure products conformity and production control system are in place
- To monitor product performance
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.

**_Requirements: _**
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Preferably those with 2-3 years industry experience in readymix concrete/ cement/ building materials industry
- Technical knowledge and experience in plant maintenance and facilities management
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
