Regulatory Manager

**Job Description & Requirements**
- Ensuring that all Guyanese and International regulatory requirements are captured and implemented as per as project requirements;
- Verifying at the integration yard that the Guyanese and International regulatory requirements have been implemented as planned;
- Following-up regulatory updates, especially in Guyana, and incorporate changes into the project (Project Regulatory Matrix and Project Regulatory Plan);
- Clarifying regulatory queries from stakeholders (Internal and Client);
- Planning / arranging the relevant regulatory inspections, surveys and audits required for the transit and arrival in Guyana;
- Managing interfaces with Coastal State Authorities (Guyana), Flag State Authorities (Bahamas) and Classification Society;
- Raising regulatory awareness within the Project team, focused in Guyanese and International requirements;
- Preparing a dossier to demonstrate compliance with the Environmental Permit issued by the Environmental Protection Agency in Guyana;
- Managing all inspection(s) by the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to obtain the Helideck Letter of Approval / Helideck License;
- Arranging inspection(s) by the Guyana Maritime Administration Department (MARAD) to obtain the “Permit to Operate within the EEZ”;
- Obtaining relevant permits / licenses from other Guyanese authorities (e.g. PTCCB, Ministry of Labor, Telecommunications Agency, Guyana Revenue Authority);
