The manager - regulatory liaison will assume the role of MAS Liaison Officer to ensure that all MAS's communications and inspections are attended on timely basis.

The role will be expected to:

- Coordinate meetings with Business Units (BUs), review BUs responses to requlator's queries and advise BUs to ensure that the right and appropriate responses are submitted to the regulator.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of Company’s response to regulator meetings, monitor and track regulator’s supervisory expectation to ensure that all committed obligations are fulfilled timely.
- Keep abreast of regulatory development, other insurers' compliance practices and best industry practices to provide support, advice and guidance on regulatory compliance to line departments.
- Perform implementation of new regulatory requirements and conduct compliance reviews on the line departments to give assurance to Senior Management and Board on the compliance with the regulatory requirements etc.
- Conduct compliance training during the induction new representatives;
- Undertake any tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Compliance related work in theinsurance industry or regulatory agencies.
- Diploma in ICA or professional Compliance certifications will be an added advantage.
- Compliance experience from an Insurer, Banks or Financial Adviser will be advantageous.
- Analytical and good with data with strong problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and independent individual.
