Singapore CJ LOGISTICS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the regional business development and local Singapore operations teams
- Work with leadership teams to develop company’s short and long-term goals
- Direct, manage and coordinate the logistics business in line with corporate KPIs and strategic objectives
- Communicates the strategy within the logistics business and leads its execution
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personal at various client organisations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects
- Responsible for annual operations planning, budgeting and driving achievement of set targets
- Review periodic reports on all logistics related transactions and presents monthly operations and financial performance report to Korea Headquarter
- Direct and ensure consistent enforcement of environmental, Health and Safety and other regulatory rules and regulations are followed through
- Engage with the communities, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders operations to ensure smooth running of the operations

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of working experience preferably in the logistics supply chain management focusing on the aspects of business development globally
- Minimum MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Excellent leadership with good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and English as required during meetings in Korea HQ as well as other subsidiaries
- Independent, resilient and able to handle high pressure situations
- Overseas travel will be required.
