As an intern, you will support the customer service team by addressing customer inquiries and contribute to the smooth functioning of customer support processes.

**Responsibilities**

**Issue Resolution**:Help resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed.

**Data Entry and Documentation**: Assist with updating customer records, entering orders, and maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions.

**Product Knowledge**:Learn about company products/services to provide informed responses to customers.

**Feedback Collection**:Help gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

**Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer service goals and deadlines are met.**

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in university or with a diploma, ideally in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Technical proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communication with colleagues/clients based overseas.
- Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
