The Customer Service Associate is responsible for administrative support for the order Fulfillment process, Demo eqpt Management, Data and reporting management to ensure Compliance requirement.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, ASEAN Customer Service and is part of the Customer Service Department located in Harbourfront Center and will be an on-site role in Singapore. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
**What you will do**:
- ** Customer Queries Management**
Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- ** New Account Onboarding Management**
Coordinate the onboarding process for new customer accounts prior to order booking, ensuring all documentation and system entries are complete and accurate.
- ** Demo Equipment Management and Logistics Planning**
Manage Demo system, oversee the scheduling, tracking, and logistics of demo equipment, ensuring timely delivery and return in alignment with customer needs and internal processes.
- ** KPI Management**
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service activities, identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous enhancement initiatives.
- ** Reporting Management**
Prepare and maintain regular reports on customer service metrics, account onboarding status, and demo equipment utilisation to support business insights and decision-making.
**Who you are**:
- _ Diploma education_
- _ At least 3-5 years of administrative Customer Service and Logistic Coordination experience_
- _ Fluent in English and written skill_
- _ Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)_
- _ Experience with report Management_
