The Customer Service Associate is responsible for administrative support for the order Fulfillment process, Demo eqpt Management, Data and reporting management to ensure Compliance requirement.

This position reports to the Senior Customer Manager and is part of the Customer Service Department located in Harbourfront Center and will be an on-site role in Singapore. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you will do**:

- _ Customer queries Management_
- _ New Account Onboarding management before Order booking process_
- _ Demo Eqpt Management and Logistic planning_
- _ KPI Management_
- _ Reporting Management _

**Who you are**:

- _ Diploma education_
- _ 3-5 years of administrative and Customer service experience_
- _ Fluent in English and written skill_
- _ Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)_
- _ Experience with report Management_
