**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities for potential ventures.- Conduct market research and analysis to validate assumptions and refine business models.- Use financial modelling and unit economics to chart and project potential ventures' profitability.- Coordinate and engage with business partners, internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other departments and Business Units in CapitaLand Group), and manage relationships with external co-investors.- Manage the existing ventures that the department currently has with external co-investors.- Attend and facilitate periodic meetings with venture board members, which consist of members of our senior management and/or senior management members of our co-investors.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in venture building or the startup scene.- Experience with financial modelling and unit economics.- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.- Strong organizational and presentation skills.- Ability to navigate across different work cultures and adapt to changes quickly.- Open-minded towards potential business opportunities and willing to consider opportunities outside of CapitaLand Investment Limited's ecosystem.- Entrepreneurial, inquisitive, business-minded, analytical, and keen interest in the journey of discovery.
