We are currently seeking a **Program Specialist** to join our **Building Technologies** team in our **Singapore (Changi Business Park)** office. Your focus will be the GESP contract performance and ESCO project deliverable, operational support (assist in the development of engineering solution, project management and after sales support services). You are also responsible for business development (identification and lead generation, qualification, proposals and strategic sales of Energy Solutions focusing).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Ensure Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance (GESP) contract performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) within contractual objectives.
- Expect ZERO deviation on Chiller plant efficiency and building performance.
- Maximize Honeywell’s market penetration and value capture in the Energy Services business by driving OBS initiatives.
- To thoroughly understand and follow the Honeywell operational requirement and SOP. Actively using PV for performance tracking.
- Ensure all energy proposals and project files are in accordance with Honeywell standards and processes.
- To thoroughly understand and follow company policies especially with respect to exposure of the company to financial risk and adherence to policy and procedures on business ethics.
- To be an active member of a team environment sharing knowledge and experience to extend the success of the business unit.
- Project Management for retrofit of Mechanical and electrical (M&E) and Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Support on energy efficiency audit of building services.
- Understand and able to implement energy conservation measures (ECM).
- Support performance measurement and verification of energy conservation measures (ECM) implemented.
- Project risks and financial management energy conservation measures (ECM) implementation.

**You must have**:

- Experience in the Building Energy business, or Energy and Sustainability domains
- Knowledge of Building Management and Energy Management systems
- Degree qualified or equivalent
