Ops Transformation Lead

Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Ops Transformation Lead to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational transformation initiatives within the organization.
- You will lead and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices will be crucial.
- Analyzing operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement will also be a part of your responsibilities.
- You will develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Providing guidance and support to team members involved in operational transformation initiatives is also an important aspect of this role.
- You will monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and process improvement will be necessary.
- Identifying and driving the adoption of digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity will also be a part of your responsibilities.
- Will work with Ops team to review Target Operating Model for new platform implementation. Test and sign off any requirements for new model.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience leading operational transformation projects and driving tangible results is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex operational data and trends, are necessary.
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, are required.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks is necessary.
- Knowledge of digital solutions and emerging technologies related to operational transformation is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
- Ops SME with Transfer Agency background is preferred.
