Admin and HR Assistant

**Our client is the world’s largest independent aerospace distribution company. Currently, they are seeking for Admin and HR Assistant to provide administrative and HR support to HR leadership in a variety of administrative and human resources activities. This role will also be serving as general office admin assistant, performing a wide variety of clerical and administration functions in support of the office, management, or various departments.**
**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
**Office Administration**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of general office administrative functions and duties
- Liaise with external service vendors to provide maintenance and repair services to office building facility
- Procure and keep an inventory of office/pantry supplies, and new materials as needed
- Make travel/hotel booking arrangements
- Maintaining and updating of reports
- Perform data entry duties
**Human Resources**
- Assist in arrangement of interviews
- Preparing for onboarding and tracking of recruitment process
- Posting of job advertisement
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience (on-job training will be provided on HR operational duties)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
