To conduct dealings with clients via official communication lines and contributing to the desk’s bottom line with profit maximization as the prime focus.
- To assist with the daily operational needs of the dealing desk be it deal entry and end day reconciliation as with any ad-hoc assignments (UAT testing etc.).
- Focused on revenue generation and securing of deals through dealing via official communication lines. Dealing is conducted with clients who have been onboarded and are mainly Money Changers & Remittance Agents (MCRA) and Institutional clients.
- Ensure strict compliance to Bank’s internal policies and guidance as with those stipulated by the local regulator MAS in the areas of AML etc. Ensuring proper documentation prior to executing the requests of client.
- Liaising with back office to quell any queries and clarifications that comes with the deals
- Educating clients on bank requirements and delivering exceeding service levels
- Dispute resolution arising from clients contesting the details pertaining to the deals made
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Head of WBN Dealing Desk.
