- Develop and get buy-in on plans and programs to improve our data centers and infrastructure
- Develop the path for new architectural, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering programs and methods for implementation in data centers globally
- Track progress, remove blockers, and drive the successful implementation of programs that improve our data centers
- Plan for global and regional specifics, test and validation, deployment schedules, and similar actions
- Collaborate across organizations (Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations) and be the linchpin for successful delivery of programs

Each day you will interact with different teams responsible for engineering, development, finance, integration, and operation of these complex technology programs. You prioritize your activities to support data center product development, solve problems and blockers, and focus on the actions that are most impactful for program success.
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
