The Commercial Enablement Director for Cepheid APAC will lead APAC commercial capability, effectiveness, and growth mindset across the organization, especially for Sales Operations, Commercial excellence and Data Analytics team.
You will champion a customer-centric mindset and will enable the Commercial Growth Engine across APAC in close collaboration with APAC L1 Leadership team. This position is part of the APAC Commercial Leadership Team and will be located in Singapore
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Lead APAC sales operation team to achieve robust support to Sales function through competitive efficiency and accuracy on day-to-day operation, including order fulfillment, account operation, masterdata maintenance, delivery escalation and process improvement.
- Support various sales management reporting, dashboard development, KPI settings and monitor efficiency of in-country & regional daily management of key commercial processes (growth rooms, funnel management, SFDC effectiveness, price realization, channel partner management )
- Serve as an integral part of the APAC Leadership team, working with and influencing business leaders to make data-driven decisions championing a cross-functional DBS mindset for continuous improvement of commercial processes and excellence in execution
- Create opportunities for coaching, growth and development for your team members as well as for collaboration across the Commercial organization.
- Lead transformation initiatives, managing change across multiple departments and functions to achieve strategic growth goals for APAC region in collaboration with DX Platform and Cepheid Global.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in business consulting, commercial excellence or sales enablement roles.
- Validated consultative leadership skills honed within a sophisticated matrix sales environment.
- Passionate in organization capability building and instilling a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
- Understand the cultural differences that exist within the region and how to conduct business according to those differences, while continuing to build constructive and effective relationships both inside and outside the organization.
- Evidence of strong influencing and teamwork skills, having worked previously in a matrix organization and being accountable for delivering business results without direct reports. Critical problem solver and able to play in a global and sophisticated environment.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification
- Danaher Business System (DBS)
- Microsoft Office programs, SFDC, Power BI
**Physical requirements/abilities**:
- 35% travel may be required, mainly regional travel and occasionally to US.
- Able to work flexible schedules to accommodate global work teams.
