_**1. Sales & Marketing process **_
- Assist in Developing the Marketing Collaterals
- Attending to the sales Leads servicing the customer
- Closing sales deals
- Liaising with the central kitchen for timely delivery of orders
- Track and update invoices and payment
- Liaise with accounts for the billing and payment to vendors and customers
- Participation in Bazaar Sale
- Identifying the potential Partnerships Or customers for catering
- Tracking the payments from the customers & liaison with the account
- **2. Administration **_
- Liaising with relevant customers
- Making sales orders, getting the SO endorsed
- Filing of the monthly sales invoices, sales report & sending out the invoices to the customers
- Create website content
- Assist in Management of Social Media accounts & website
- Assist in developing new promotional products
- Any other adhoc task assigned by the manager/supervisor
**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Have the patience and passion to work with disabilities and the needy and disadvantaged
**Reporting Address**:512 Chai Chee Lane, #01-09, Singapore 469028

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Allowance is provided for overtime after working hours.
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Student job

**Salary**: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
