**About the Role**:
We have a newly created opportunity for a full-time** HR PMO Specialist**, to join our APAC HR team.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, APAC, you will be responsible for supporting business transformation from HR and people management perspectives, coupled with various topics about HR governance in APAC region and supporting Regional HR management and its administrations.
Key success factor of this role is to enhance transparency of project status, progress and issues in a timely manner and to conduct proactive and agile communications with key stake holders such as project leads, the Project Management Office in APAC and related HR managers.
This role plays an important part in assisting the optimal flow of multiple deliverables across the APAC region.
Your advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, highly developed facilitation skills and your ability to interpret issues to create compelling on point presentations and reports, will support your success in this role.
Furthermore, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Participating as the Regional HR window person for Business Transformation Projects, communicating overall project plans, business requirements in HR organization, providing relevant data and analysis and working with Regional HR managers on solutions and effective actions.
- Regional HR Governance including developing matrices, HR data governance, board reporting and policy management.
- Regional HR Office focus - including managing information sharing and decision making cadences in Regional HR organization. Provide reporting materials and templates. Coordinating APAC HR’s annual budget plan, costing recharges, annual headcount plan, and quarterly reports., Manage the Management by Objective (MBO) between HR Head and HR managers. Supporting talent management and leading small scale HR projects within Regional HR organisation.

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and determined individual with:
- Advanced knowledge of project management and its methodologies such as PMP and CAPM.
- Highly developed facilitation and communication across multiple legal entities in APAC.
- Making effective and “hit the nail on the head” reporting and presentation materials.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Mature, constructive but decisive in approach. Pro-active and outcome oriented.
- Model leadership behaviours in conjunction with Olympus Core Values (Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility and Unity).
Ideally, you will have:
- Considerable experience in project management
- Subject matter expertise in one or two HR fields are essential.
- Formal qualifications in either Business (particularly HR), Business Administration, or Management.
- Formal project/change management qualifications are highly desirable.
