About the team
The HROP team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies and programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across APAC HROP including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies;
- Lead a project (direct/non-direct) to guide the successful delivery of HR programs in APAC through the provision of strategic and operational support;
- Ensure project and program management processes and systems are efficient and effective whilst aligned to business needs;
- Maintain good partnership with the local HR team in respect to assignment initiations and project implementation;
- Coordination of global/regional process consistency and continuous improvement;
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of best practices within the PMO to support the smooth running of projects undertaken by the team;
- Based on the distribution of work within the team, this role may have additional responsibilities.
- 5 years of project management, HR shared services, regional role exposure and experience highly desired;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, project management skills & leadership abilities;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics;
- Humility, flexibility and good interpersonal and customer-facing skills are a must;
- Excellent communication skills.
