**Position Objective**

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic and operational leadership to the Gold Star Aviation team to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic goals.

**Role of the Position**
- Responsible for the company's ground handling, aircraft operations and management.
- Responsible for developing and expanding the company's business channels. To track work progresses and maintaining relations with customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Responsible for Procurement and Sales of aircrafts.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relations with Financial Institutes, and to discover new financial leasing channels.
- Responsible for expansion into the China Market.

- Ability to control and coordinate the operations of the Company.

- Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice and undertake sound decision-making.

- Perform any other organisational tasks as directed by the Company Director.

**Prerequisites**
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Leasing Companies
- Min. 5 years of experience in Aviation Industry and understanding the Entire Operations and Business as a whole.
- Familiar with Financial Leasing Laws locally and internationally, Financing and Taxation knowledge
- Familiar with relevant/ latest regulations and policies in Leasing industry.
- Experienced in Drafting, Negotiating and Execution of Financial Leasing Contracts.
- Have strong resources for Aircraft Manufacturers, client based for aircraft chartering.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective leadership in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously and with a high degree of initiative and integrity.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- Have experience in working with China Clients is an added advantage.
- **Highly proficient (Oral & Written) in simplified Chinese as role often requires working with Chinese-speaking customers from China.
