**Job Title: Gold Valuation Specialist - Trusted Expert in Precious Metal Assessment**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct precise testing and evaluation of gold items, jewelry, and precious metals brought in by customers
- Utilize professional tools such as gold testing kits, digital scales, and magnifiers to ensure accurate assessment
- Determine fair resale or pawn values based on current market rates and internal pricing policies
- Clearly explain your evaluations and pricing decisions to customers in a calm, respectful, and professional manner
- Assist sales and customer service teams by sharing product knowledge and gold market insights
- Maintain accurate records of all items evaluated, following internal documentation standards
- Handle high-value items responsibly and securely, upholding the highest standards of integrityKeep your work area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in gold valuation, jewelry, or the pawnshop industry is **highly preferred**:

- Sharp attention to detail and solid analytical thinking
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and independenceFriendly, customer-focused attitude with clear communication skills
