Patient Service Associate, Specialist Outpatient

_We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics. As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction. _
**Counter Registration**:
- Perform registration and screening of patients
- Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
- Comply to clinic facilities readiness o Consultation Room
- Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.
- Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
- Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum “N” Level.
- Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage as it would allow for communication with foreign patients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
