
Assistant Manager, Talent Management

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, Talent Management, you will support the Talent Management Team in the development and implementation of talent management policies, processes and programmes with the objective of building and strengthening the University’s talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Administration
- Oversee the end-to-end administration and logístical arrangements of talent development programmes/initiatives
- Develop and manage a calendar of activities to ensure that the programmes/ initiatives are rolled out in a timely manner
- Collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e.programme participants, training facilitators, vendors etc) to ensure smooth implementation of all on-going program elements
- Manage the procurement process for procurement of service providers and materials (including preparation & submission of ITQ’s as well as vendor evaluation
- Manage and track programme budget and expenditure
- Facilitate processing of all invoices for services partners
- Collate and analyse programme feedback and make recommendations on areas of improvement
- Attend to and provide advice for all enquiries pertaining to the programmes/ initiatives related to the Talent Management function
Digital Communications
- Support marketing efforts to generate visibility for talent development programmes such as website content and promotional materials
- Support execution of internal communication strategy to ensure timely updates on programme progress with all levels of stakeholders
- Drive digital media optimization for programmes launches and post-programme knowledge management.
- Maintain websites, yammer and blogs to ensure content is current and relevant.
**Requirements**:
- Degree with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource function
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Tenacious with a can-do attitude and is proactive
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task effectively
