
Salesforce Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring efficient execution of Agile methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that the final product meets business needs and complies with Salesforce best practices.
- Provide guidance and support in the adoption and optimization of Salesforce functionalities across the organization.
- Assist in training and user adoption efforts, creating user manuals and conducting training sessions where necessary.

**Professional Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
- Strong experience working on Salesforce projects, with a thorough understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
**Certifications**:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101) certification.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, showing initiative and leadership in driving project success
