**Position**:Senior Analyst, Productivity

The Strategy & Programs team at Salesforce is a high-performance team chartered with formulating our cross-functional productivity strategy, driving excellence in execution through optimising the seller experience, and assisting senior leaders in achieving sales growth through data-driven insights.

Salesforce APAC is looking for a key contributor to support and evolve our cross-functional prioritisation for sales execution and insights into the collective seller capabilities and market opportunities.

**Reponsibilites**
- Support the evolution of the APAC seller experience through frameworks, own executional planning cadence for distribution leadership and find opportunities for standardisation and best practice utilisation
- Analyse the health and momentum of sales performance by tracking and interpreting performance metrics
- Deliver practical insights and executional plans to leaders to deliver improved business performance
- Work cross‐functionally with extended teams on transformational projects and drive execution
- Handle ad hoc requests from top management

**Desired Skills / Experience**
- Work experience in commercial structuring, consulting, finance, strategy, or business intelligence/analytics
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Google Slides and a basic understanding of multidimensional databases required; prior experience with SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, or Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) a plus
- Strong problem identification and problem solving skills in a complex business context
- Personal time management and organisational skills.
- Experience prioritising fast-moving priorities, tackling operational challenges, and supporting a hyper-growth business. Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to translate analysis into easily digestible messages.
- Visible collaboration skills across a matrixed organisation (sales methodology preferred)
- Work effectively with team members from other organisations
