Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities in collaboration with stakeholders, trainers, and participants
- Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and delivery of various training programs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and develop effective training solutions
- Provide support in the performance management and appraisal processes
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and external stakeholders at all levels
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
