**Overall Job Objectives**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with contractors/office building management for office maintenance and reconfiguration works.
- Coordination of AGM/EGM meetings and board meetings, including invitation and follow-up.
- Drafting meeting minutes for management and board meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the C-Suite team.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll-related matters.
- Organize and input employee data into the business's HR systems and manage the E-leave system.
- Perform HR duties from recruitment and onboarding to off-boarding.
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR-related matters.
- Administer training-related matters, including coordination or enrolment in internal and external courses, and update and maintain training records.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions for all government and related claims, such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A and IR21) matters, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of company or staff-related events.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team from time to time.
**Job Specifications**
- Possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Administrative/Business Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in worker management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll-related experience.
- Familiar with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and HR practices.
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to complete tasks independently.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
