**Role**
The HR Executive supports the Head of Culture with various tasks in the People Development Team. These include recruitment activities and onboarding of new employees. The executive should be familiar with the company’s policies with regards to leave, payroll, benefits, code of conduct etc. and will also assist in implementing employee training programs and welfare programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Aid management in implementing employment policies
- Arbitrate concerns and difficult interactions between employees
- Initiate recruitment efforts and plan new-hire orientations
- Update People Development SOPs
- Employee training program: coordinate signs ups, reskilling, specialty training
- Ad-hoc HR and admin duties
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management with relevant specialty
- Min 1-2 years experience in similar capacity
- High level of work ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Other Information**:
- Working Location: One North
- Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm
- Working Days: Mon to Fri
- Industry: Creative/Marketing Agency
- Basic Salary: $2.8K to $3.2K
