Job Description:
- Provide accurate information regarding order status and product details.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Proactively manage customer feedback, ensuring effective recovery solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in clients.
- Process customer orders and order modifications following company policies and procedures.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned on a daily basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month
