**CRITERIONS**
- Lead/Manage sales team to achieve monthly sales target
- Responsible as individual contributor to better lead/manage team
- Spearhead and provide directives to team towards successful event registration
- Establish GTM strategies/executions to increase customers’ outreach
- Identify/establish strategic partners to enhance sales achievement
- Deep understanding of product knowledge (comprehensive training is provided)
- Believer and confident in selling innovative/consultative products
- Weekly Sales reporting and daily sales meeting with team (coaching)
- Passionate in helping SMEs
- Team player

**CREDENTIALS**
- Proven Grade A Salesmanship
- = 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in financial/service set-up
- Strong SMEs business owner network
- Proven achiever in high commission remuneration set-up
- Conversant in English, Mandarin Chinese, Dialect
- Tertiary certificate (preferred), welcome aspirers who have strong experience and track record with no tertiary certificate
