Maintain our data warehouse with timely and quality data
- Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, BPC, Workday, etc.)
- Generate and implement architecture recommendations
- Recommend and implement data engineering best practices
- Support other data team members by setting direction and providing guidance
- Create and maintain architecture and systems documentation
- Implement and maintain robust data governance processes
- Develop and implement DataOps processes
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and system owners on multiple projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years hands-on experience in data engineering roles with 5 years of team management experience
- Deep understanding of SQL and analytical data warehouses design (Snowflake preferred)
- Hands-on experience implementing ETL (or ELT) best practices at scale.
- Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, AWS glue, ADF, dbt)
- Experience with cloud computing (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with data governance tools (e.g. Alation, Colibra) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar fields
