**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Increases GrabAds’ sales excellence in Singapore (identifying the learnings between different core brand verticals in SG and actively working to increase efficiency, expertise, and impact).
- Lead strategic account plans and initiatives with Singapore sales and solutions teams to solve client business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, AM, and Ops to run QBRs for all TOP accounts, Agency Roadshows, Workshops, and relationship management.
- Offer Strategic sales direction to local key accounts both in Retaining & Expansion.
- Bridge the gap between different sales houses, connect brand verticals learnings, and align market trends/global trends.
- Be the key PIC to devise Singapore’s GTM for all new launches and product rollout. Acquiring the global launch and localizing the position to meet SG’s clientele
- Be the face of Singapore, representing the market, client feedback on products, and working in addressing the gaps.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years experience working with Agencies, Brand and offered consultative solutions
- A clear understanding of media buying, prior experience dealing with media planners, marketers, etc
- Ability to enable teams to meet revenue targets
- Possess an intrinsic understanding of the sales and account management
- Proven ability to develop relationships at multiple levels and multiple
- departments through establishing trust and reliability.
- Someone who is concise but makes a bigger impact
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to translate the positioning differently to different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell products. Excellent Storytelling skills to push insights and drive perspectives
- Solid business acumen and understanding of the advertising tech industry
- Have a good pulse of the market, and keep up to date with market trends.
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
