**Get to know the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics and Finance teams in GrabAds to drive business analysis and turning data driven insights into actions. The individual must have the ability to both think strategically to develop plans, and also have the operational expertise to execute on them with the Commercial and Sales Operations Team. As part of a fast growing organization, you will provide key inputs into sales strategy, customer segmentation, org structure, process improvement, and business analytics.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Fully own the development, modeling, and execution of the Sales Productivity Metrics and Sales Incentive Policy including including sales cadence tools and developing Sales KPI tracking
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales organization to guide deal closure velocity, including being the one-stop resource responsible for understanding contract pricing, structure, and requirements and structure
- Analyze marketplace information and present key findings to management
- Influence the execution and maintenance of the policies and procedures related to the sales process management.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and lead improvements of deal desk and company quote to cash policies.
- Engage with peers or the regional sales operations associates to ensure the most expedient and efficient resolution of issues
- Provide data support and analysis around Key Business KPIs.
- In addition to the above, the role will be required to engage in other Operational aspects of the extended role including, but not limited to: Ad-hoc Reporting/Analytics.

**The must haves**:

- 5 years of business analyst experience including sales incentive and target setting experience; preferably in Southeast Asia
- Experience working in B2B organizations, preferably in Adtech or SaaS
- Knowledge of industry standard compensation plan structures in enterprise software (quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings)
- Ability to partner, collaborate, and influence across a wide spectrum of functions that are part of the incentive compensation management process
- Self-Starter. Ability to work independently and drive & own projects
- Strong project management skills to coordinate efforts and drive toward execution
- Experience with data analysis / scripting / programming tools, including but not limited to Python, R or SQL.Experience in Spark (Scala / pySpark) would be a plus.
- Strong data visualization skills. Experience in creating dashboard reporting in Power BI or a similar visualization tool is a plus.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders in different countries
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity. Flexible and open to changing priorities, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
- Written and Verbal English; another South East Asian language a plus
