In your role as an APAC Internal Recruiter, you’ll:

Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
Liaise with various stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and work closely throughout the process to help create and update job descriptions on various recruitment portals
- Maintenance of web-based applicant tracking system (ATS) and relevant trackers
- Provide regular updates regarding recruitment progress and highlighting risks and areas of opportunities

Coordinate interviews and support throughout the interview process

We’re looking for an individual with the following experience and skills:

- Minimum 5 years of local recruitment experience in the Banking & Finance sector, preferably within an in-house recruitment team. Recruitment experience in the Technology sector would be a plus.
- Good to have recruitment experience in the rest of APAC as well (eg. Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process
- Strong knowledge and experience of using a web based ATS for end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
- Highly organized, driven, and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills, credibility, and ability to gain buy-in and commitment from others
- Personal alignment with the JDX Purpose and Values
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
