In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

**About the Role**
As a Recruiter, International, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment efforts of our International team hiring for Owndays and Lenskart Group's roles in APAC. This role is based out of Singapore.
**What your responsibilities will be**
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (source - onboard)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization's strategic hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in
interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity impact, etc
- Use data-driven insights to collaborate with stakeholders and continuously improve the talent
acquisition process
**Job requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in owning the end-end recruitment process
- Experience hiring in Japan & APAC
- Ability to map talent via recruitment platforms, build talent pipelines and nurture potential talent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on delivering impact as well as outcomes for internal stakeholders
- Enjoys working with data & analytics to drive decision making with stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility & agility
- Fluency in Japanese is a must
