Recruitment Lead, Apac

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies for both commercial and technical roles across APAC, with a focus on markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build strong partnerships with regional business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and talent gaps.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, direct sourcing, and talent pools.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiters or external recruitment partners where applicable.
- Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, improve processes, and inform hiring decisions.
- Champion the employer brand and drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the medtech sector.Ensure compliance with local hiring laws and company policies across APAC markets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of regional talent acquisition experience, ideally within the medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
- Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across diverse markets in Asia-Pacific.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and growth-oriented environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
