To scale our ambitious business growth, we are looking for **Recruiters** **to be part of APAC talent team to recruit wide range of disciplines (sales, operations, marketing, creative, product and other supporting functions). You will be supporting our Singapore and other offices (Hong Kong, China and Japan). This person will be based in our Singapore office.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for Singapore recruiting and support other offices' hiring (Hong Kong, China and Japan) as we are growing fast
- You'll oversee various disciplines including sales, operations, marketing, creative, product and other supporting functions
- Running talent acquisition projects including onboarding and ATS system implementation, process improvement and employer branding
- Being our culture and values ambassador to be incorporated in our every aspect of our work

**What you’ll need**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting role, preferably from Internet or Technology or Marketing/Advertising industry
- Bachelor degree holder in business related
- Possessing regional experience or knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong communication (oral and written in English and Chinese), social and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural organization, and deliver a good employee experience
- Ability to multitask against competing priorities, and to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and creative
- Self motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
