**Role Overview**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
Potential exposure to a number of teams across Operations which includes:

- Data Management: Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework. Support Data Integration projects/change initiatives/process enhancement.
- Brokerage & Investigation Operations: Collaborate with the front office to prepare, draft and distribute brokerage agreements for APAC clients. Investigate and resolve brokerage related issue
- Trade Management: Responsible for ensuring that all trades arrive from the various front end trade capture systems and are processed into such in a timely manner. Follow up on post trade issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Operations Risk: Responsible for the management of operations risk within the Group i.e., risk assessment, identification and evaluation. Work closely with relevant stakeholders on all operational risk related matters e.g., risk events, risk issues and control attestation to mitigate operations risk.

- MS Office - Intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
