In this role, you will study the current environment, and propose a migration plan - including transition activities, managing the risk of the project, and working with various content owners and IT counterparts to ensure the information architecture meets business needs. He/She will need to ensure that the active contents are migrated over successfully while the inactive contents are archived accordingly.

The project manager will also provide editorial support to the content owners to ensure that the information in the portal is easy to understand, relevant and user friendly. This will enable public officers to find the relevant information quickly and understand the content easily.

**Responsibilities**:
To establish easy to navigate, relevant and search friendly content on the intranet through the following:
Editorial
- Review the existing content & design the information architecture of the new portal on SharePoint online.
- Review existing content with divisions reps to re-organise and update the content in a manner that is SharePoint Online ready.
- Organise and conduct workshops to train content owners to organise, write and update information.
- Develop an editorial guide and template to guide content owner the tone of voice and ensure their information is easy to understand and search friendly.
- Establish templates and SOPs with division rep to ensure the structure and content are consistent and updated across the site.
- Project manage the transition by planning out the project milestones and work closely with the related parties for the deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- 6 to 8 years of experience as Content Writer, Copywriter or similar roles. Provide portfolio of published articles, related to information management
- Excellent copyediting skills to simplify complex content into content that can to be easily understood by laymen general users
- Experience in designing and maintaining a site information architecture
- Hands-on experience and knowledge about posting and editing content in a Content Management Systems (preferred: SharePoint environment/MS Teams)
- Able to multi-task, manage projects, and work closely with diverse departments throughout an organisation to complete projects on time
- Able to manage stakeholders well
- Experience in conducting writing workshops
- Familiar with SharePoint Online features
