Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is a green disclosure and data fintech, backed by the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), with focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock and harness their own ESG data to transition business models and maximise economic returns in the green economy.

As such, we are actively seeking an exceptional **Content Manager**to join our growing ecosystem team in Singapore to produce engaging, insightful content to capture the imagination of our target audience.
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, amplifying, and refining content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in sustainability. You will work closely with other ecosystem team members and ensure the content is strategically aligned with the Gprnt vision and meets the needs of our intended target audience. This role requires a forward-thinking mind with strong language skills to articulate original, insightful ideals through the ESG lens to deliver the desired impact and outreach.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
**Content Creation & Thought Leadership**
- Conceptualise, validate and develop fresh, insightful content ideas that reflect cutting-edge, futureproofing thinking in the relevant sustainability fields.
- Research, structure and translate complex ESG topics into original, engaging, and actionable knowledge content illustratively.
- Generate high-quality content, including agendas, newsletters, concept notes, whitepapers, case studies and presentations, that clearly articulate our ESG thoughts effectively to drive audience engagement.
- Source, select and secure speakers for the curated content through research, networking and existing contacts.
**Content Promotion & Refinement**
- Monitor and analyse content distribution performance and feedback, using insights to refine future content creation and distribution.
- Regularly update existing content to maintain its relevance, factuality and captivation.
- Ensure content is well-organised, compelling, and adheres to our overall brand guidelines.
- Support senior management in external engagement through content curation, storytelling and proofreading.
**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with other members of the team, including the Programme Manager and Events Manager, to ensure content alignment with key Gprnt initiatives and overall ecosystem programming goals.
- Coordinate with marketing and communication channels to ensure timely, cohesive content distribution and consistent messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in content creation and management, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, tech, fintech or related sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the demonstratable ability to translate original ideas into engaging content including illustrative texts, info packs, presentation decks, and concept notes.
- Creative and strategic thinker with executional competency.
- Attention to details and swift in taking action to get things done.
- Strong grasp of ESG concepts and their real economy implications preferred.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Prior start-up stints are highly valued.
- Evidence of published content portfolio a big plus.
