What the Job covers*
- Maintain day-to-day communications with our clients, keeping them up to date on project statuses and gaining responses to GPC’s questions
- Liaise with and bring together the relevant GPC delivery team. Ensure that the team has all information that they need and are united to deliver the highest possible quality work, aligning and exceeding client expectations
- Understand your client on a personal level, try to identify their individual objectives and challenges within their business
- Keep your team updated with any relevant industry developments that you find, whether related to our business or our clients
- Fully understand the brands that you work with, the industry that they sit within, and their core competitor sets
- The AM is responsible for regular client and internal project status updates
- Take briefs from client and review them together with the Account Director and other, relevant, core team members. Help drive the right response and best way to deliver the work, to the highest level

**Who we’re looking for**
- 5 years of account management and client services experience in online advertising in outbound sales
- Prior experience at an online publisher, and exchange, ad network, DSP, or other online advertising and online content position
- Established network with agencies and publishers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct sales presentations
- Proven stellar record of achieving targets and objectives
- Strong understanding of the APAC market and digital landscape
- Prior experience at an online publisher, ad exchange,
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
