We are seeking an Associate, ideally with 4 - 6 years’ PQE working experience to join the Corporate & Commercial team in Singapore. You will work with Partners and Associates across other offices as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-value and often high profile matters within the international corporate and private equity sector including cross-border M&As and joint ventures. Experience in carrying out due diligence analysis and in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, as well as shareholders and management agreements would be desired and experience in other general commercial work would be welcome as well.

**This role is a two months fixed term contract role.
- Degree in Law from a leading university
- 3-6 years working experience in an international law firm in Europe with experience in houses and cross-border extraordinary transactions and general corporate and commercial matters
- Solid understanding of Italian law and solid experience in M&A and PE/VC transactions or compliance in Europe
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and lawyers effectively
- Commercially driven and able to work independently, drive a deal as well as work as part of a diverse and inclusive team
- Strong negotiation skills with solution driven mindset
