**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all corporate legal, compliance activities, external licensing and regulatory issues;
- Draft and review full range of legal and commercial documents (including Shareholders agreement, JV agreement, Funds set up agreements, Cooperation agreement etc.) and negotiate with business partners;
- Provide legal advice, analyses and support to all internal departments in relation to Fund business, Investment and Incubation activities
- Perform basic company secretarial services and compliance review in accordance with regulatory requirement;
- Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified in Singapore or registered foreign lawyer with at least 8 years’ post qualification experience from fund.
- Other Asian jurisdictions experience preferred, but not essential
- Practical experience gained from Fund House, financial institution, investment bank, professional firm is preferred and preferably an in-house legal advice independently on a full range of corporate compliance.
- Good execution and negotiation skills, written and oral communications skills with different level of people including senior management;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- 2 - 3 day work week
- Immediate available is preferable.
